We run Growth based on Success Metrics and run sprints in weekly cycles on Linear.
Weekly GTM sync
The Wednesday growth sync (12–1 ET). Cycles run Wednesday → Wednesday.
Each week produces:
- a pre-read (attached as a Linear document - see first example),
- the meeting itself with Granola notes posted to our Discord channel
- updated views for Linear work items
Meeting Format: we open Linear & have a working meeting where everyone describes their priorities → open questions → blockers.
Internal reporting
Dashboards and decks for meetings are shared through a mix of Gamma (slides), Claude Artifacts, and Television (interactive dashboards run via the Hermes agent) — no settled default yet.

Live dashboards, served from Television via the Hermes agent on the dev-lily VM.
Tailnet-only: these links resolve to a Tailscale IP (
100.95.235.1), so they only open for people on our tailnet — not public URLs like theclaude.aiartifacts. If a link won’t load, you’re off the tailnet.
