Writing this article to discuss how we setup the PostHog Support integration.
The main steps for having this working end to end are
- Having the support group in groups.google.com
- Setting up the honcho.dev domain as an alias for all of our emails so any @honcho.dev email goes to an @plasticlabs.ai email
- Setting up the spf and smtp DNS records
- Setting up a gmail routing rule for the emails sent to support@honcho.dev
